Each one of these thought cycles is the ultimate 'Catch 22', it repeats over and over keeping you stuck in Ground Hog Day.

Your choice of business & the place/time you were in when you chose it (or rather when it chose you) wasn't an accident.

The reason your business felt 'easy' when it first came to you is that it actually came THROUGH you. It literally required zero energy from you, except to be willing to receive it, in fact it GAVE you energy..but that's a talk for another day.

There's lots of names humanity has come up with for describing this energy, state or presence, but for simplicity's sake let's just call it 'Source', or the Force if you're a Star Wars fan.

I've even tried to draw it...now, try not to laugh at my terrible drawings, I hope that they'll suffice enough at illustrating my point:

When we are in a 'receptive' state, and aren't trying to push our own ideas, agendas, fears or 'make it happen' we have available to us 'Source' energy. Source energy is unlimited potential. It can be used to receive intuitive messages for yourself, for others, to download programs, next steps, or any combination thereof. It is a self-contained package (meaning like a seed what you receive contains everything you need to get started).

Some might describe this state as 'surrender', acceptance or an openness. In this space anything is possible, time doesn't exist and because we're not afraid or projecting a bunch of mental noise on our experience we can connect with that 'Source', the intelligence of all life and receive those delicious downloads. This is available to ANYONE regardless of whether you think your intuitive or not. (FYI - that's a mountain in the picture, just incase you thought it was something else.)

In this state everything feels effortless, 3 hours feels like 5 minutes, alignment is possible, things synchronize for us, and we're the messenger. Our vantage point (and our role) is completely different.

But when we're trying to 'make it happen' or are trying to push through, we're not using the path laid out for us by 'Source', we are literally 'disconnected' like the line has been cut.

We feel alone, that we have to do it on our own, and that there is no help.

In this state we're scared (fear and doubt are the biggest blocks to intuition), everything feels hard and complicated and we can't see our way through. Here all we have to go on is our 'to do list', our expectations and other people's systems.

We can still have success in this state, but its often through a lot of trial and error, stress, confusion and having to use our own adrenal energy (aka why the exhaustion never seems to leave). This causes health issues, having to work 10x as hard, and in many cases we give up all together.

In essence we're using the wrong fuel. Nature doesn't make mistakes - look around you - all of life operates in cycles and on 'Source' energy, we're the only ones banging our heads against the wall and spinning in circles, and its simply because we're operating on the wrong switch.

The code of all life flows through you (and equally through all living things) , Infinite animating intelligence...

But what's different in humans is that we have the ability to consciously turn this intelligence (aka - ideas) into form.

I guess it depends on how far back you want to go, because I've always been 'weird' :)

When I was 18, I was in a severe car accident, that outside of some whiplash I walked out of without a scratch.

Through that experience which when combined with long-standing toxic personal circumstances (family trauma and abuse issues), it shook my whole life apart.

I began looking for answers about my purpose and direction, I had never felt more lost and things had been difficult my entire life - I knew that if they continued down that path, there was no way I'd make it through.



I had always been sensitive to other people's stuff (can you say survival mechanism?) but for the first time I was OPEN to seeing life in a different way, and through that openness, I began getting big nudges, not only on the people around me, and what was really happening, but I was able to connect with spirit..or rather spirits - plural - the whole 'I see dead people' line from 6th sense became my one liner. Clairaudience, Clairvoyance, Claircognizance, Clairsentience...the whole shebang.

The first year I performed hundreds of sessions both mediumship and psychic, some days giving 8-10 readings a night (this was in the early internet days, and most of my readings were done through 'chat', think MSN messenger, ICQ & psychic forums). From there I embarked on a lifelong adventure that has never had a dull moment in my 40+ years. This work has been by far the most profound work I've ever done, and it's also opened my eyes to where 'ideas' actually come from.

That mixed with my passion for entrepreneurship, and obsession with productivity and tapping into that 'effortless creative state', I have birthed many projects and products, from a print magazine, to a large in-person expo, to Moonsight Planner, to Moonsight Astrology Certification program, Moonsight Digital Calendar, Mystic Business School & More.

What is MCM?

The Mystic CEO Mastermind is a transformative program designed for entrepreneurs who want to align their business strategies with their intuition and astrological timing. By tapping into 'the Force' of your own intuition, this program helps you navigate business decisions with clarity and foresight and to also put an end to burn out by taking aligned action at the right time in the right area.

Who is this program for?

This program is ideal for entrepreneurs, business owners, and creators who seek to integrate deep intuitive insights with practical business actions. If you're looking to enhance your decision-making process and align your business practices with astrological and intuitive timing, this mastermind is for you. Our expertise is based primarily on online and digital based businesses, this doesn't limit brick and mortar businesses from joining, but would limit the business strategy we're able to offer you.

What is meant by 'Unlimited Coaching'?

Having provided coaching, consulting and individual sessions for over 20 years Vanessa has come to realize the limitation of traditional session structures. Most programs and coaching containers allow for anywhere between 1-4 sessions a month. Leaving gaps of time where the client is expected to work towards their goals, apply the material, take action, or work through whatever was addressed in the previous call.

The problems with this model arise in the day to day between the last call and the next call. If any help or guidance is needed, the client gets stuck, runs into a personal issue, or encounters an emotional challenge, they are forced to either pay for another session (if that's an option), or wait until their next scheduled call. This reduces their chances at success, and also forces them to give a 'recap' to the coach of everything thats happened since their previous call. This eats into at least 20-25% of the call time each session. Its an inefficient use of a call, and in many cases the nature of the matter and the ability to do anything about it has passed, and there is nothing the coach or client can to do to change it.

Mystic CEO Mastermind is embracing an entirely new coaching model, allowing for a daily 'pulse' or cadence. Where you don't have to wait a week or more before getting support. This program allows for daily support, where you can reach out as needed and Vanessa will respond within 24 business hours or less. The coaching structure of this program is facilitated through Voxer (which is a free voice & text walkie-talkie-style app available on both iPhone and android phones), and allows you to connect in real time and because Vanessa utilizes her intuition in these messages, she's able to read not only what your saying, but how your saying it, and also any other intuitive information that comes through for you while she listens to and reads your questions and messages. Intuition also strips out the need for a lot of explaination, or details being needed in order to get insight and direct answers, its like transferring a terrabite a second of information, in just a short voice note.

There is no limit on how many messages (voice or text) that you can leave, use what you feel you need to check in and ask questions and she will respond once a day during business hours to any messages you leave. If you have something you want her to look at (a chart, a sales page, an offer, etc), these are answered through a weekly audit, which you can see more about below.

What is a Weekly Audit?

The Weekly Audit is an opportunity for you to get personalized feedback on any business material or astrological charts. Each week, you can submit items like sales pages, special offers, or astrological charts with specific dates for review. Vanessa will provide detailed insights and recommendations to optimize your strategy and alignment.


In essence an 'audit' is anything that you need her to look at or send in to her. This can be useful for questions about your natal chart, transit dates for a launch or an offer, social media chart matches, goals, feedback on sales pages, offers, emails or anything else you'd like her eye on.

Vanessa offers weekly audits on Fridays. You simply fill out our audit form, and send along anything you want her to look at by Thursday of every week (if needed) and she will respond on Friday, either through a Voxer to you or a Loom video.

How does astrological support integrate into this program?

Astrological support involves using the timing and insights from astrology to plan and execute your business strategies.

This includes choosing auspicious times for launches, working with your chart, understanding personal and market cycles, and aligning your activities with planetary energies for optimal results.


In this program we incorporate both transit cycles to your chart as well as your natal chart, solar returns, Solar, Mercury & Mars cycles. You are welcome at anytime during the course of your membership to submit questions about your chart or timing during our weekly audits (see previous question).

When are the Group Calls?

The Group calls are hosted bi-weekly on Thursdays through Zoom at 10 am PT/ 11 am MT, 1pm ET, 6pm UK time. If you are unable to attend replays will be posted on Friday in the portal.

How long does the program last and what is the commitment?

This program will be ongoing and will be the primary coaching container offered by Vanessa. This is a 12-month mastermind, with a commitment of 1 year. This allows me to get to know your business, gives you time to get results and achieve your goals and receive the support that's needed. You are welcome to continue or discontinue your membership after one year.

Are there any prerequisites to joining the membership?

No specific prerequisites are required, but a basic understanding of, interest in or openness to intuitive decision-making and astrology will enhance your experience. A commitment to personal and professional growth is essential. The discount available on this page however is available only for current and active Moonsight Planning Lab Members.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds on membership in the Mystic CEO Mastermind. If you are not sure about joining, we recommend booking a call with Vanessa to see if this might be a good fit for your business and needs. Please feel free to reach out at [email protected] to book a call. The commitment to the program is 12-months minimum, after that you are welcome to stay on for another year or longer if you wish.

What is 'Voxer' Support?

Voxer support offers you a direct line to Vanessa for real-time guidance during business hours, Monday through Friday. You can send text messages or voice notes via the Voxer app whenever you need insight or help with business strategy and intuitive decision-making. Vanessa commits to responding within 24 business hours, ensuring timely and personalized support.

How can I best utilize the Voxer Support?

Voxer support is ideal for quick questions, immediate insights, or when you're in need of prompt guidance. It’s particularly useful for strategic decisions, intuitive insights, or when you're feeling stuck and need a quick response to keep moving forward. Just reach out during the designated hours, and Vanessa will offer personal and supportive insight.

What if I am just starting over/don't have a business?

While it speeds up the process in being able to see results, having a business when you first join is not a requirement. If you are just starting over, or are planning to start a business this year, you can absolutely benefit from joining our mastermind and getting support to start your business off on the right foot, with the right information.
